South Bay Management Services specializes in residential property management. Our portfolio of properties includes small to medium-sized apartment communities, triplexes, duplexes, single-family homes, townhomes and condominiums in the South Bay area. Most of the properties we manage are located within minutes of our office which enables us to better serve you, our client.

In addition to our property management services, we offer real estate sales, construction management and general contractor services. For your convenience, we provide notary services as well.
